A tree ripped up from a sidewalk due to Tropical Storm Sandy.
Uprooted. What is there to do? The city sent a crew to chop up the tree. Not sure what happens to the car or the sidewalk. I’m guessing there will be a new car and a replanted tree after the rustling of papers and many, many phone calls. So hard to see that possibility in the disruption though.
